If you’re visiting Paris, then it’s well worth making the time to visit Versailles Palace and Gardens on this small group tour from Paris. The Palace of Versailles tour includes free time to explore Louis XIV’s fabulous suite of rooms, the grand Hall of Mirrors and the apartments of the Dauphin and Dauphine. The tours are limited to a maximum of only eight per group, which ensures a relaxing pace and a more intimate experience with individual service from your guide/interpreter. Cruise effortlessly through the parks and sidewalks of Paris on a Segway, while receiving an informative historical tour, and hearing unique and fascinating stories about Paris. Segways are easy to ride, and are great fun to scoot around on. Parisians love Segways (and Rollerblades), so you won’t feel like a dork, in fact you’ll probably feel kind of cool! The Paris Segway tour is a really nice way to see Paris, without having to spend the entire day walking.

What better way to see the city of lights than at night, and on 2 wheels! The Paris night bike tour gives you an opportunity to see virtually all of the sites you’ve read about, you’ll learn new facts and stories about Paris that you’ve never heard before. The ride is not the least bit strenuous, rather relaxing, energizing and fun – and of course there’s time to stop regularly for photo opportunities. This is a great way to see the ‘real’ Paris come alive after dark – and cruising around on a bike in Paris is one of the coolest things you can possibly do on this planet!
Highly recommended!

I was given a 2CV tour as a gift the first time I visited Paris, and it’s the single most memorable experience I had. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful it is to relax in the back of a Citroen 2CV as it bounces and rattles around Paris. The chauffeur obviously loved driving his 2CV (they have an entire fleet of them!), and told me all sorts of intriguing little facts about Paris that would never make it into a guide book.
One of the nicest things about the tour was the way that people on the street would react when they saw the 2CV, people of all ages would smile and wave – it seems that Paris loves the 2CV as much as Rome loves the Fiat Bambino. This is something you absolutely must do when in Paris, and is a wonderful introduction to the city. This is up there with visiting the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended.

The most famous Paris flea market is Les Puces de Saint-Ouen – commonly known simply as Les Puces (The Fleas). The market has over 2000 stalls, where you can buy just about anything including furniture, art, antiques, clothing and books. The best way to get there is by Metro, with the closest station being Garibaldi.

Printemps have several stores in Paris, with their largest and most spectacular being their flagship store on Boulevard Haussmann, close to Saint Lazare. Printemps have an excellent selection of men’s and women’s fashion, along with designer home furnishings and accessories.
